Internal Transfers
Set up one time or recurring transfers between DCU accounts.
How to set up a transfer within Digital Banking
Digital Banking makes it easy to move money between your accounts, send money to DCU members and make payments to DCU loans.
Desktop
- Log into your Digital Banking Account.
- Select the Move Money tab and click Transfer Money or go to Accounts and select the account you wish to transact with and click Transfer.
- Select your From and To accounts and enter the amount you wish to transfer.
- Choose a Frequency option, if making a reoccurring transfer enter the time period automatic transfers will continue for.
- Select the Transfer Date and add an optional Memo.
- Click next, review your transfer and click Make Transfer to complete your request.
Mobile
- Log into your Digital Banking Mobile App.
- Select the Move Money tab and click Transfer Money or go to the Accounts tab and select the account you wish to transact with and select either Transfer In or Transfer Out.
- From the Transfer Money screen choose One Time or Recurring at the top of the form. Then select your From account and your To account and enter the Amount you wish to transfer.
- For recurring transfers, choose the frequency, transfer date and the “until” or end date, then add an optional memo before tapping CONTINUE.
- Review your transfer request, then tap SUBMIT to complete the transfer.
How to set up a loan payment within Digital Banking
Desktop
- Log into your Digital Banking Account.
- Select the Accounts tab and click the credit card or loan you wish to make a payment to.
- Under the account details, select whether it is going to be a One Time Payment or Setup Auto Pay.
- Select the account to pay From, then your Payment Option, Payment Date, and add an optional Memo (if setting up automatic payments choose the Frequency, Transfer Date and the time period automatic payments will continue for).
- Confirm the transfer is correct and click Make Payment to complete your transfer.
Mobile
- Log into your Digital Banking Mobile App.
- Select the Accounts tab and click the credit card or loan you wish to make a payment to.
- Under the account details, select Make Payment and choose whether it is going to be a One Time Payment or Recurring at the top of the form.
- Select the account to pay From, then your Payment Option and update the amount if needed.
- For one-time payments, choose the date, add an optional memo and tap CONTINUE.
- For recurring payments, choose the frequency, transfer date and the “until” or end date, then add an optional memo before tapping CONTINUE.
- Review the Payment Summary, then tap SUBMIT to complete your payment.
How to set up a transfer to a DCU Member
Desktop
- Log into your Digital Banking Account.
- Select the Move Money tab.
- Click Pay a Person to send money to friends, family, and people you know.
- Select Add a DCU Member and fill out the Recipient form and click Save.
- Click the name of the recipient, then Next, select the account to pay From, how much you would like to transfer, the Frequency (if making a reoccurring transfer, enter the time period automatic transfers will continue for), Payment Date, and add an optional Memo.
- Click Next confirm the transfer is correct, and click Make Payment to complete your transfer.
Mobile
- Log into your Digital Banking Mobile App.
- Select the Move Money tab.
- Click Pay a Person to send money to friends, family, and people you know.
- Select the + icon in the upper right-hand corner to add a DCU Member. Fill out the Recipient form and tap Add Recipient.
- Tap the name of the recipient and choose whether it is going to be a One Time Transfer or Setup Automatic Transfers.
- Select the account to pay From, then how much you would like to pay, choose the Transfer Date (if setting up Automatic Transfers choose the Frequency and enter the time period automatic transfers will continue for), tap to review the transfer, add an optional memo, and tap Submit to complete your transfer.
